Inherently graceful, the dragonfly represents a variety of cultural
figures and spiritual values: It symbolizes Freya, the Norse goddess of love,
for example patron of young lovers, Freya is
viewed as a force for good in the world granter of magic and source of love
and peace. In Japanese mythology the dragonfly symbolizes success, courage
and happiness.
The
Dragonfly Pavilion is a rental facility with over
1,200 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space, comfortable seating up to 60 people,
perfect for receptions, parties and family gatherings.
We provide tables and chairs, full kitchen,
restroom and you can rent decorations or bring your own. We offer casual or
formal ambience, and will decorate according to your theme. We have chefs
available or can make recommendations for catering and music as well.
If you are interested in having alcohol at your
event, you must bring it yourself.
Reasonable rental prices are based on length of
event and add on amenities.
Quotes available on an individual event basis.
A deposit is required and is not included in the
rental price.
The deposit will be refunded after the site has been
inspected. No smoking is allowed on the premises.
The
Dragonfly is open every day of the year with the exception of Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years Eve/Day.
A minimum two- weeks notice is required for
rental.
The
Dragonfly Pavilion is an added facility to Rosewood
Venues, LLC.
In addition is Rosebud Cottage Bed and
Breakfast, sleeping up to 7 people.
Rosewood Manor is located in Burleson County in
Central Texas (see map and directions) on a 50- acre semi-wooded beautiful site.
The formal dining room hosts 14, and the
LeChantcleer Room will seat 50 people.
A bistro area of outdoor seating is adjacent to the
Dragonfly Pavilion. A large patio for wine and cheese is also available.
